Chick‑fil‑A Belmar is hiring.  If you meet ALL of the following qualifications we'd love to hear from you. 

* Available to work Saturdays, in order to help promote a strong work life balance we require all team members to have Saturday availability.  

* Looking for long term & year around employment (we are no longer accepting seasonal applications)

* Looking to work 15-40 hours per week, ideal candidates have availability to work a minimum of three shifts per week.

Leadership & Growth Opportunities 

In addition to restaurant-specific training and leadership development, Team Members who are interested in becoming a Chick‑fil‑A Operator can gain valuable hands-on experience through the Leadership Development Program (LDP). This extensive training program is offered at Intermediate and Advanced levels at the Chick‑fil‑A corporate office in Atlanta, GA.

College Scholarships

Chick‑fil‑A Leadership ScholarshipsEligible Chick‑fil‑A Team Members have the potential to receive a $2,500 Leadership Scholarship, with the ability to re-apply for up to four years – for a potential total of up to $10,000 for college while serving as Chick‑fil‑A Team Member. These scholarships are awarded to Chick‑fil‑A Team Members based on leadership, academic achievement and community involvement.

True Inspiration Scholarships Eligible Chick‑fil‑A Team Members also have the potential to apply and receive an individual, one-time award of up to $25,000. These scholarships are awarded based on leadership, academic achievement, community involvement, and demonstrated financial need.

Educational Assistance OpportunitiesIn addition to scholarships, Chick‑fil‑A is offering access to tuition discounts and other benefits for Team Members at more than 70 colleges and universities across the country, which can be combined with either of the above scholarships. Opportunities and eligibility vary by school, but benefits and tuition discounts of up to 30 percent are effective immediately. 

Competitive Pay and a Career Roadmap

Work Directly with a Chick‑fil‑A Owner / Operator and Dedicated Leadership Team 

The Operator is an independent business person, responsible for the operation of the Restaurant, who invests time in his or her Team Members, teaching them important business skills for the future.
